Strawberry Matcha Latte! Obsessed with strawberry matcha lattes since trying one at Tori’s in Melb (unbeatable)! Sushi Burri made it traditionally with the matcha whisk and high grade matcha which was creamy and non powdery. Not sweet which I love, strawberry added perfect amount of sweetness. Would get + honey if it was just a matcha on its own. They make their own strawberry puree which is unsusal, this tasted fantastic! In my experience matcha at non-speciality cafes are terrible! They usually use premix with loads of sugar in it. The staff were lovely and explained how they made their matcha. Price: $7.50 for the latte + oat milk Will be coming back to try the other drinks on the menu and even the sushi burritos
